STELLIA HELP

Frequently asked questions

How do I apply nail wraps?

Start with clean, dry nails and gently push back the cuticles. Choose the closest wrap size without touching the skin, smooth it from the centre outwards, then file the excess in a downward motion. Follow the instructions on the individual product because semi-cured styles need curing while no-lamp styles do not.

How long do nail wraps last?

Wear varies with the product, preparation and daily routine. Clean, oil-free nails, a well-sealed edge and avoiding prolonged water exposure immediately after application can help. Treat any wear estimate on the product page as guidance rather than a guarantee.

Do I need a lamp?

Semi-cured gel wraps require a compatible curing lamp. Stellia's no-lamp gel-style and standard nail wraps do not. Check the product title, description and application instructions before ordering.

How should I remove nail wraps?

Do not pull or peel them off quickly. Loosen an edge and work slowly with a suitable remover or oil, following the product instructions. Stop if removal feels painful or the natural nail appears irritated.

How does delivery work?

Eligible Stellia nail orders use the nail delivery rates shown at checkout, with free UK delivery from the stated nail threshold. Products tagged as partner fulfilled may be sent separately and use their own delivery profile, including the eligible £50 free-delivery threshold. Checkout confirms the final rate before payment.

Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Some bath, body and beauty products are fulfilled by selected partners. If a basket contains both Stellia-held stock and partner-fulfilled products, items can be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times.

Can I return an item?

Eligibility depends on the item and its condition, particularly for opened cosmetics or hygiene-sensitive goods. Read the Returns Policy before sending anything back and contact Stellia with your order number if you need help.

How can I get help with my order?

Use the Contact page and include your order number, the product name and a short description of the issue. Photos can help when the query relates to damage, fit or an incorrect item.
